There are two places you didb't mention that are secrets in Firenze, the Vasari Corridor and the Cenacolo di San Salvi. This latter is the more important one.

As an American, my problem with food in Italy is its lack of cultural diversity. You cannot get good Asian or Middle Eastern food there or American streaks and burgers, only Italian food, lasagne, tortellini, vinegar etc. The same is true of Europe in general. I am happy to visit but would not live in Europe.

While your video is lovely, I wouldn't call these sites "hidden gems", just slightly less known than Duomo or Uffizi. Why not talk about - let's say - Cenacolo di S. Apollonia, chiostro di S. Marco, Museo Bardini, Badia, SS. Apostoli, S. Maria del Carmine, the church of S. Spirito itself to only mention a few. And there's no excuse for talking about S. Lorenzo without even mentioning Brunelleschi and Donatello: Michelangelo and Botticelli, though important, are not the only Florentine artist.
